Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of software sold by Lakr233 ("we", "us") through this website, including LookInside ("the Software"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

License

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business use. One license covers one developer across their Macs. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.

Trial

LookInside Pro includes a 14-day free trial tied to your device. It does not require a credit card. After the trial, a paid license is required to keep using Pro features.

Orders and Payment

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change for future orders.

Renewal and Cancellation

LookInside Pro is billed yearly and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Creem customer portal with the email you ordered with.

Refunds

Products with a free trial before purchase, including LookInside Pro, are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. Otherwise, contact contact@qaq.wiki and we will review your request case by case.

Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with license validation, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law. Do not include the LookInside server package in production or release builds of your apps. Do not use the Software to violate any law or third-party rights.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
