Device and activation data. When you activate LookInside, we receive a device identifier, hardware model, and app bundle ID. These are used to manage license bindings and enforce per-device limits.

Certificate data. Certificate identifiers and expiry dates are stored to support local license validation.

Support communication. If you contact us at contact@qaq.wiki, we receive the messages you send along with any information you choose to include.

What We Do Not Collect

LookInside operates on your device and communicates with your target app over local TCP or USB. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your app's view hierarchy, screenshots, debug attributes, or any content you inspect through the Software.

How We Use Information

We use this information to deliver licenses, process refunds, provide customer support, manage activation and license validation, prevent license abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate the store and deliver the software, including our payment processor (Creem) and hosting providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Purchase records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Device bindings and certificate leases are retained for the duration of your license. Support conversations are kept as long as needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period thereafter.
